If you wish to enter into any purchase with Edco, you need to register this. This privacy Statement applies to all data provided to Edco in the context of entering into purchases with Edco and also applies to the use of this Website. Edco respects the privacy of every person visiting this Website (hereafter: "User") and ensures that personal data is treated confidentially.

Edco collects and processes information about the use and feedback on this Website. This ensures that Edco can further develop and improve this Website. Customers

Any User or customer who wishes to place an order by Edco needs to register itself. On this Website this can be done by completing this registration form. The data Edco needs from a User or customer in order to be able to carry out an order are: the name of the company, the Chamber of Commerce number, the e-mail address, the shipping address and the payment details. This data (hereinafter: "customer-or personal data") is stored by us in a secure customer database and linked to a customer number.

Applicants

On the website www.werkenbijedco.nl the personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
1. Filling in vacancies
Edco processes data from persons who have indicated that they wish to work with Edco (“applicants”). The name and address details, the CV and motivation letter are forwarded to the vacancy holder and the HR manager. Edco processes data from applicants for the application procedure, so that it can be determined whether the applicants will be hired. If the application leads to a employment contract, the personal data of the applicant will be retained.

2. At werkenbijedco.nl a search can be made to inform you about vacancies. You e-mail address, first name and the search criteria will be stored and used to e-mail relevant vacancies to you. It is possible to unsubscribe yourself for the job posting via the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the e-mail(s) you will receive from us.
Your data will only be processed by Edco after your consent.

Suppliers

Edco collects data from contact persons from organizations that deliver goods and/or services to it. The data that Edco processes are business contact details such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number and company details. This enables Edco to enter into a business relationship with you by purchasing products and/or services from you. Your data will only be processed; after you permission; to execute agreements; if there is a legal obligations and/or on the grounds of a legitimate interest of Edco.

Edco will not process customer- or personal data for other purposes or on other legal grounds, unless this is permitted by law or if you have given your permission for this.

The employees of Edco and the third parties engaged by Edco are required to respect the confidentiality of customer- and personal data.
